ORDER PROCESSING

Orders received before 3:00pm Eastern Time on a standard business day will ship that same day. For orders received after that time we will do our best to ship the same day, however no guarantee can be made.

Please note that the shipping costs shown are "best estimates".  If for some reason the estimate is low, we may need to charge more for shipping.  We will obtain your authorization for the additional shipping charges prior to shipping the order.

MINIMUM ORDER

Orders of under $75 will incur a $5.00 small order fee. This fee can be waived in some situations. Feel free to call or email a TMH customer service representative to inquire further.

RETURN POLICY

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for any reason within six months from the date of purchase. The product must still be in its original packaging and be in saleable condition. For non-defective product returns a 20% restock fee will be incurred.

To obtain a RMA (return material authorization), call our office at 616.363.2107 or email us at sales@tmhcorp.com. The RMA number must be referenced on the outside of the return packaging. We cannot guarantee a credit for your return if the RMA number is not obtained and referenced on your return.
